4 Aug 2024: Helmingham Hall Classic

Festival of Classic & Sports Cars

(We have at least two cars in attendance as at April 2024)

The Event

This event is held in association with the Suffolk Vehicle Enthusiasts Club (SVEC). Over 7,000 people attended the 2023 festival.

The show is held at the historic Helmingham Hall and includes craft and trade stands as well as main ring entertainment and live music!

Over 1000 vehicles attend, representing the last 10 decades of motoring history, including many from Britain's motoring heyday – marques on display included Alvis, Bristol, Jensen, AC Riley, Armstong Sideley, Lea Francis, Crossley, BSA, Lagonda, Lanchester and Gordon Keeble. The oldest vehicle seen on display was a 1914 Ford Model T and the latest sports car models have included the Chevrolet Corvette and Ford Mustang's as well as Ferraris' and Porsche.

Our stand

We are sharing stand space with the S2000 club and will have a gazebo on site – hopefully to shelter from the blazing sun, but also handy just in case there ia light shower...!

How to Enter

The entry for each car on the stand this year is £12.00. As with most events you cannot simply turn up on the day with your car, although you can visit on the day as part of the large crowd of general public.
If you want to be sure of a place for your pride and joy then entry to the club stand is by prior arrangement closing in early June.
