Our 2024 AGM is lights out..... and.... Go! Go!! GO!!!

This year's AGM will be held over the weekend of the 21st and 22nd of September. The date has been set to coincide with the fabulous Autumn Classic race weekend at Castle Combe Circuit where our own Tony Sighe will be racing his Honda S800! This is the first time we will have seen an S800 racing in the UK in over 30 years!! – Surely an event not to be missed...
Following a revision to the racing (which is now on Sunday) we have rescheduled our weekend as follows.
The brief schedule is:
Friday evening – Arrive at Hotel, drinks in the bar, and dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Saturday daytime- Breakfast together in the hotel, followed our FORMAL AGM meeting at 10.30am. We will then drive to a local venue for the afternoon before returning to the Hotel for our Annual Dinner
Saturday evening – Our annual Club Dinner, in a dedicated dining room at the Hotel followed by presentation of prizes plus the infamous & hilarious Quiz and Raffle, and plenty of fun banter!
Sunday morning – For many the star attraction of the weekend is driving to the nearby Castle Combe race circuit to see our very own Tony Sighe race his Honda S800 coupe in the Autumn Classic race meeting. We will have free passes for Sunday on a first come first served basis. Please contact Tony Sighe. Our intention is to park all our cars together in a club space on Sunday.
You are welcome to attend for any part of the weekend, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday – but we hope you will be able to make all three days!
