Our AGM

Our AGM Weekend is the 4th – 6th September. The formal AGM is on Saturday 5th September with a weekend of fun activity wrapped around it – well how else would we get you to attend a formal business meeting!

Where is it

We are returning to the Kings Court Hotel at Kings Coughton, Alcester. This hotel has served us very well in the past and is central for many members.
If you want to see more of the hotel please click here, however, just use this for viewing and exploring the place at the moment – details of how to book with our special Club rate will be posted shortly.

Whats Happening?

Quite a few members make a full weekend of it by turning up on Friday to have a meal and a chat with fellow members.
On Saturday morning we will have the formal AGM before heading off to a motoring related venue for the afternoon. Then on Saturday night its our annual dinner – no speeches, just a fun night.
On Sunday we will head off to a local venue for lunch before heading home. Some members do stay a third night (!) for a chilled out meal and chat with those remaining.

How to Book

Don't do anything yet – full details will be posted here soon. Remember you don't need to stay at the hotel to attend. You can stay 1, 2 or 3 nights as time allows.
