24 - 27 Sept: Laon Historique
Due to ongoing Covid issues the date has been moved (as at 26th February) to 24th — 27th September 2021.
Following the cancellation of the 29th event in 2020 event the 30th anniversary celebration will now take place in 2021. Members who had already booked for 2020 have had their bookings moved to 2021 and we hope you will be joining us!
As you can probably work out — this event dates back to 1991 and has grown hugely from the first year when only 30 cars in total took part.
These days a huge cavalcade of up to 600 cars descend on the medieval town of Laon in Northern France. Your Club first went to this beautiful medieval city in 1996, which was quickly followed by 1997!
We revisited it in 2008 — and we are heading back to visit the delights of this rural area of France in 2021 with several members already having booked in

Further details from the organisers are posted here in English.
If you have never ventured 'abroad' with your classic Honda this is a good event to 'break your duck' as it is relatively easy to get to and located in a rural part of France where volumes of traffic are low. The whole region welcomes the classic car visitors with open arms making this a very popular and special event. Its hard to get lost on the organised tour as the locals put up signs pointing the way and the organisers even have motor cycle outriders stopping the traffic at tricky junctions!
Along the route you will be cheered by enthusiastic locals some 6 deep at the side of the road in places!
Couple this with the bargain prices on offer by Scenic Car Tours — and it's almost cheaper than staying at home! Please note — there are many options in terms of accommodation as the tour firm wish to cater for all budgets.
