26 July: Audlem Festival of Transport

What is it?

The Audlem Festival of Transport is a well established show which features two venues! Cars assemble on the village green at Hankelow where there is tea, coffee and bacon baps. The cars then set off in a procession to Audlem past the cheering crowds lining the streets.
At Audlem the cars line up on the playing field for the public to look at. There are side stalls and live music, plus of course you can wander into Audlem village. There is a display of historic narrowboats on the canal including some very rare exhibits.
If you attended the AGM in 2018 you might recall this is where we went on the Sunday!
