5th-6th June 2027: Our 2027 AGM

Hold the date!

We are delighted to share with you that preparations for our next AGM are already under way!  The 2027 Annual General Meeting of the Honda S800 Sports Car Club will be held in Stevenage, Hertfordshire over the weekend of 5th-6th June 2027.

We will be staying at the Cromwell Hotel in Stevenage.  This lovely hotel will already be known to many members as we have held AGMs here in years gone by.  The hotel has been extensively refurbished in recent years and is in the heart of the historic Old Town, with a wide range of pubs and eateries within easy walking distance.

The hotel is provisionally holding several rooms for us and we have been offered a 20% discount on the Best Available Flexible B&B Rate on the Friday and Saturday nights (4th and 5th June.)  At the time of writing a double room with breakfast included is available for approximately £140 per night, which is significantly lower than rates available online.

The hotel operates a dynamic pricing model and there’s only one way the prices will go as rooms fill up, and that is upwards!  There is no need to pay up front – your card number is only needed to guarantee the booking.  So why not get the best deal by calling the hotel now?  Yes, stop scrolling and do it now!  Call 01438 779954, select Option 1, and when making your booking remember to quote Event Code GA002451 to qualify for our negotiated discount.

A fixed price 3 course dinner will be offered on the Saturday night for £37 per head and full details will be available nearer the time.

To assist in planning, please email Duncan Martin at treasurer@s800scc.com when you make your booking and let him know dates and names.  Thank you!

It’s early days but here’s looking forward to welcoming you at our next AGM!
